Kapi'olani Children's Miracle Network

Kapi'olani Medical Center has been an affiliate member of the Children's Miracle Network since 1984. Since then, our own Kapi'olani Children's Miracle Network has raised more than $8 million for Hawaii's children. 100% of the money raised in Hawaii stays in Hawaii to help our keiki.

Children's Miracle Network—the alliance of premier hospitals for children—is a non-profit organization dedicated to saving and improving the lives of children by raising funds for children’s hospitals across North America. Each year the 170 Children's Miracle Network hospitals provide the finest medical care, life-saving research and preventative education to help millions of kids overcome diseases and injuries of every kind.

How is this done? People like you generously donate funds through the Kapi`olani Children’s Miracle Network direct and corporate campaigns. Corporate sponsors such as Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, Costco, Ace Hardware, IO Foresters, Credit Union for Kids, Dairy Queen and Marriott, participate in fundraising campaigns including the signature Miracle Balloon Icon sales from April to June and special events throughout the year.

Tune in August 21 – 23 to this year’s Radiothon for Kids sponsored by Clear Channel radio and broadcast live on KSSK and KHVH.
