Our team, along with the latest technology, including digital mammography and minimally invasive surgical suites for greater patient comfort, strives to provide women with the best care possible.

Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women & Children is the only hospital in Hawaii specializing in maternity and newborn care, with neonatologists on-site 24 hours a day to care for baby immediately at delivery should the need arise — keeping you, your baby and family together.

Kapi'olani is also focused on your health and well-being. Our Kapi'olani Woman newsletter and web site aim to keep you well and informed about today's leading health issues. Kapi'olani Women's Center, the first center of its kind in Hawaii, shares in this goal providing preventive screening and therapy services to help women enjoy an active life. With more than a decade of experience, Kapi'olani has expanded the concept to offer women's specialty centers focused on breast health and women's gynecological cancers. These centers provide women coordinated, multidisciplinary care from screening to treatment, all in a beautiful comfortable setting.
