||Jeremy King, D.O.
Dr. King completed his medical school education at The Philadelphia College
of Osteopathic Medicine. Following graduation, he went on to residency in
Pediatrics at The Children's Regional Hospital at Cooper University Hospital
in Camden, NJ before finishing his fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology
at The A.I. DuPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, DE. Dr. King has
completed research in realms as vast as inflammatory bowel disease, pancreatitis,
eosinophilic esophagitis, failure to thrive and obesity. He has also
published 10 textbook chapters. Dr. King joined the faculty at the University
of Hawai‘i as Assistant Professor in Pediatrics in 2008.
||Elizabeth Mannick, M.D.
Dr. Mannick has a B.A. and a M.S. in Public Health from Harvard University.
She graduated from Yale University School of Medicine in 1988 and completed
her residency in Pediatrics at Tulane University Hospital in 1992.
She completed a fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology at Louisiana State
University (LSU) in 1996 and was a faculty member at LSU and Tulane and
a practicing pediatric gastroenterologist in New Orleans until 2006.
She currently practices part-time on Maui and part-time at Kapi’olani Women’s
and Children’s Hospital. She has published several peer-reviewed articles
and chapters on Crohn’s disease, Helicobacter pylori and mucosal immunology.
